BHN’s Field Case Management Company was founded in 1989 to respond to the growing need for case managers in the Workers Compensation arena. The founders envisioned a company that would achieve excellence in every case submitted to them and that would provide invaluable benefits to each and every customer.

An invaluable tool when a catastrophic or complicated injury occurs, BHN’s case managers make immediate contact with the injured worker, family and providers. Each case manager can provide medical care coordination and vocational rehabilitation to reduce disability, medical and indemnity exposure, and return the employee to a maximum level of productivity. Currently BHN has field case managers who cover the states of Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia and eastern Illinois. BHN’s case managers are RNs with advanced certifications: CCM, CDMS, CRRN, CRC.
